Our Spikes-Spider Division is not responsible for collecting or submitting gross receipts, sales or use taxes for any states other than the state of New Mexico. Our products are shipped to states other than New Mexico and to Canada free of sales taxes. We do not ship to locations other than within the U.S. and Canada.
On purchase through our secure Web site, by fax, by mail, and phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. In addition, with the fax, mail and phone orders, we accept personal checks, money orders, etc.

On such orders we need the following information to process your order:

- Style of Spikes-Spiders You Wish to Buy (Compact, Quick, Sport or Alpine Pro)
- Number of Lugs per Wheel.
- Shipment Required (Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, Overnight or other handling).
Fast Processing and Shipping
In most instances, we are able to ship your order the same day as your order if you order before noon Mountain Time. Whenever possible give us a shipping address to a business or office address, rather residence for the fastest delivery possible. In order to simplify the shipping, our policy is to have a single shipping charge for each type of shipment requested by the customer, if the shipment is to any location in the lower 48 states of the United States and primarily ship by UPS and Fed-Ex, except on small parts, which are sent by US Postal Service:
Second Day Delivery shipments will be delivered 2 business days following
the shipment date. Next-Day Air shipments will arrive the next business day
after the shipment date. For Canadian shipments, we use Air Parcel Post.
Please note that we are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, since UPS does not accept shipment at that time. We cannot ship Spikes-Spider packages to P.O. Boxes except for those on U.S. military bases (APO locations). We do ship parts to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Costs of Full Spikes-Spider packages to US Locations and Canada
For shipping full Spikes-Spider packages to locations in the lower 48 states of the United States, Alaska, and Canada, just enter information into the shopping cart, following the prompts. When you get to the area in the shopping cart where you can choose the shipping option, change the "drop down" that is pre-set as "United States" to U.S./Alaska or Canada. Make your choice as to "Air Parcel Post". We will promptly ship your order to you. For Canadian shipments, you will be responsible for any fees related to customs, port taxes, duties, etc. We do not ship to locations other than within the U.S. and Canada.
Most of the products that are offered online are stocked in our warehouses and will be shipped immediately (not including weekends and holidays). In the unlikely occurrence that a product is out-of-stock or not readily available, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated time of delivery. This rarely happens, since we have a large stock of all styles of Spikes-Spider packages and most parts here in the US, imported from Switzerland.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS or Fed-Ex customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for inspection. UPS or Fed-Ex will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to us. Also, please advise us immediately by e-mail of such problems and we will ship the replacement.
Delivery Time Notification
After placing your order and you would like to have the tracking number, please contact us by e-mail and we will email you back with the tracking number. You can then go on www.ups.com and review the delivery status.
No Hassle Return Policy
When you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 30 days from purchase date in new condition so it can be returned to stock. We'll refund your purchase price, excluding shipping both ways. Please call or e-mail us concerning the reason for the return before shipping the Spikes-Spider package or parts back. Returns of Unused Products Purchased From Us Within 30 Days of Purchase
If you have an installation issue on a Spikes-Spider package or parts purchased from Spikes Spider Division of Southwest Spectra, LLC, call or email for technical assistance from one of our experts before driving on the traction elements, so if the issue cannot be resolved, the product can be returned to stock in new condition. You can take a look at the system fit, but do not drive on the traction devices so they remain in new condition. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the date we shipped them to you. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. If you ultimately need to return the Spike-Spider package after consulting with us, return all hardware, instructions, traction elements, etc to:

There are a number of retailers of Spikes-Spiders in the US and we cannot accept purchases you have made from others, who do not have a similar return policy. With us, you are only out the cost of the shipping both ways and we will process a credit card credit or issue a refund check for the full purchase price of the product itself, with no restocking fee if the product is in new condition. All merchandise must be properly packaged. Whenever possible merchandise should be packaged the same way or re-boxed and with the same materials as it was received. Returns are not accepted via "cash on delivery"; freight charges are to be prepaid by the sender.
